1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team processes it within:

(Weekends & public holidays are not counted as business days.)

In rare cases, processing may take longer due to high demand or inventory updates.


2. Shipping Time

After processing, delivery usually takes:

⦿ 5–9 business days (depending on your location)

Remote or rural areas may experience a slightly longer timeline.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Some products may qualify for free shipping during promotional periods.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number (if applicable)

  • You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect.


5. Delivery Attempts

If the delivery person is unable to reach you:

  • They may attempt delivery up to 2 times

  • After failed attempts, the package may be returned to the warehouse

In such cases, additional re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Wrong Address or Incomplete Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
If the order returns due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be asked to pay a re-shipping fee.


7. Delayed Deliveries

Delivery can be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Festivals & holiday rush

  • Logistics issues

  • Remote locations

  • Courier operational delays

We always try our best to ensure timely delivery.


8. Order Not Received

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

  • Check with neighbors/security

  • Check the delivery address entered

  • Allow 24 hours for possible delayed scan updates

If still not received, contact us through our website.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your product arrives damaged or missing items:

  • Record an unboxing video

  • Reach out to us through the contact form

We will assist you in getting a replacement or resolution as per our policies.


10. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We ship only within India.
